There is nothing sci-fi about this old small city I call my hometown. Tottori prefecture is the least populated prefecture in Japan, and more than half of the population of Tottori city is over 65 years old.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eJoni states:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eI think the idea was kind of bringing the neon lights that are commonly seen in Tokyo to Tottori.
