When I was small, sci-fi shows and movies I saw sometimes had those cabinet-sized computers and gigantic tapes.

When looking at the Vinyl Record Watches I designed, that memory came into my mind. And so I took an inspiration from this old computer IBM System/360's 9-track tape, which is a magnetic-tape data storage format.

I was born in 1985, so I never saw that kind of big computer systems in my real life. So that memory always stayed in me as something that gives me classic sci-fi vibes. 

And I wanted to bring that into reality. A vintage computer on your wrist, how sci-fi-cool is that!
